Duties

Greet visitors warmly and assist them with their inquiries in person and over the phone
Provide detailed product information and support sales efforts by engaging customers effectively
Handle customer questions, complaints, and requests with professionalism and enthusiasm
Conduct data entry accurately for client records, sales transactions, and appointment scheduling
Manage outbound calling campaigns to follow up with potential clients and promote showroom offerings
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom area to ensure an inviting environment
Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, update client information, and document interactions
Assist with HR and Accounting tasks on occasion as needed.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, call center roles, or sales environments
Bilingual abilities are a plus; fluency in English plus additional languages is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed
Knowledge of customer support best practices, including phone etiquette and client engagement techniques
Outbound calling experience and analysis skills for follow-up campaigns are preferred
Computer literacy with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year plus full benefit package.
