Now hiring:Community Case Manager for older adults! The Cornerstone Community Center is seeking qualified applicants for the position of a full-time, in person, Case Manager. This position is responsible for assessing the needs of older adults and connecting them with community services in our service area including DeForest, Windsor and Vienna.
