Duties

·     Create a safe and nurturing environment for children

·     Develop age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote learning through play

·     Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

·     Foster a sense of community and belonging among children and their families

·     Uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions

Requirements

·     Minimum of a high school diploma; CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred

·     Experience working in a childcare setting

·     Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·     Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and families

·     Commitment to promoting a play-based learning environment
