DeForest Area Community & Senior Center Senior Wellness and Resource Fair
“The DeForest Area Community and Senior Center presents our Annual Senior Wellness and Resource Fair on Friday, October 7th from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in conjunction with our annual Vaccination Clinic. We invite you to take part if your services could impact or benefit older adults in our community. Please make note that our doors do not open until 9:00 a.m. Set up will be from 9:00-9:30 a.m.
Ways you may participate include:
- Reserve table space
o Half-table for $25.00 OR Full table $50.00 in our Community Room
o Door prizes, promotional items or treats really help to attract people
to your table
- Sponsorships for Refreshment table
o Cookies
o Cheese
o Sausage
o Fruit
We will accommodate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations can be made with our program coordinator who can be reached by e-mail, smiller@deforestcenter.org or by calling 846-9469 ext. 1611. Please mail or drop off your payment at The DeForest Area Community and Senior Center by September 30th.”
