Examine the importance of preparation\, anticipating progressions in the conversation and maintaining composure and focus. Determine approaches and adjustments so as to manage to a productive conversation. Move conversations toward positive outcomes and develop collaborative follow-up actions and accountability.\n\n\n\nWednesday\, November 15th - Module release \n\nTuesday\, November 21st - Discussion Online from 8:15am to 9:15am\n\n\n\nNote that we will meet a day earlier in lieu of the Thanksgiving Holiday.
